Meets expectations Used their portable wifi router in Japan and had no problems whatsoever. Really happy with it, charging it was easy and it was very convenient.

Very Useful I'm a repeated customer and whenever I travel I rent their wifi equipment. It's easy to use, very practical and helpful. The customer service is also great. Easy pick up and drop off as well.

Awesome customer service Awesome customer service. Convenient pickup and drop off. I picked up the WIFI device at the LAX Tom Bradley counter with no issues. During my trip I was able to extend my contract easily by sending a simple email and also arrange to return the device via mail instead of in person. The staff, especially Luke, is very courteous and generous. I'd use Vision Global again any time!

The service in general was good The service in general was good. Getting the router was easy enough. I had issues with the quality of the service in general. It was slow and unreliable most of the time. The bandwidth was enough to navigate Google maps and to text but nothing more. I have contracted services with other companies that had enough bandwidth to stream music while we drove around the country and I think, if you want to be competitive, you should offer the same.

Best in customer service The Wifi connection is reliable. Never had any major issues of being disconnected. If data is slow, all I had to do is restart or refresh my phone connection. It's convenient and customer service is very responsive. They respond to emails and inquiries quickly and really finds ways on how to troubleshoot the issue.
