We worked with representative Danielle Coleman who made the process seamless, easy and super efficient in meeting our needs. We had ordered our dream stove in a quick manor after she had carefully answered all our questions and walked us though each step. Amazing customer service. Ordered the ILVE 48" black with brass… Ordered the ILVE 48" black with brass range dual fuel back in November. The order finally arrived from Italy and set to be delivered/installed with white glove. Turns out there was a mistake made while ordering and cords were missing. Ara, from the customer service call line, resolved the issue within 20 minutes. Ara turned this stressful situation all around! Great customer service!
