Misleading advertising!!! I think it’s kinda misleading that your advertising says that payment is received in 1 day. However after receiving the item you send an email saying it will be processed in 3-5 days. I’ve used your services twice now and both times I picked buybacktronics because of the time frame your advertising “claims” to provide payment even though 4-5 of your competitors had a higher payout. Since this is obviously a lie I won’t be selling my other two phones to your company. Why take less of a pay out and still have to wait just as long to get my money. You should try and be upfront about the way you actually do things, people are tired of big businesses using shady business practices!!!

Great experience The buy back experience was very streamlined. I liked that they offered a variety of payment options rather than requiring my bank account information which I’m not comfortable with. It was a fair price without me having to try selling it myself.

Great Experience I recently sold my iPhone 14 Pro to Buy Back Tronics. I received an email from them on the same day they received the device confirming they received it. After 4 business days (they allow 3-5) my device was inspected and found to be in the condition I described it to be in (flawless). I received the e-check shortly afterward.
