I would definitely use again. The process was very easy. They sent me everything including the shipping label with clear instructions. Once they received my 2 phones, I got an email saying they had received and would verify condition in the next couple days (totally understand because the phone need to hold a charge). 3 business days later I got an email saying the condition was as stated and they would deposit funders within 254 hours. Paypal sent and email that nights confirming the payment. I would definitely use them again. I also called to verify how I would be paid and got through to a person in about 2 minutes.

Great Experience I recently sold my iPhone 14 Pro to Buy Back Tronics. I received an email from them on the same day they received the device confirming they received it. After 4 business days (they allow 3-5) my device was inspected and found to be in the condition I described it to be in (flawless). I received the e-check shortly afterward.
