For example, one question asks if the phone is broken, then the next question is, does the phone work 100% as designed. If the latter is true, then the former can't be true. I get it that a cracked screen or case can be considered broken, but I think additional granularity can help people realize more value for their phone. Digital payment excellent.

Iphone11: "your package is empty" Sent them my perfect-condition iphone11 last week via local UPS store. Just got this email today: "I am reaching out to you in regards to offer #1268600. We received your package today, 4/2 via UPS. However, we can confirm that the package is empty." I'll never know what happened to the phone...could have been stolen anywhere in the chain of custody, so I'm not accusing IWM...but it is a cautionary tale.
