GBNo issues at all I was concerned sending a $1,300 macbook to an unknown company. Looking at BBB reviews, I saw some complaints, but I also noticed that ItsWorthMore always responded. I felt like that confirmed they are trying to do the right thing. In the end everything went perfectly. I will definitely use them again. Note: I did pay for expedited service.

GBLiars, cheats and thieves. First off, when I send photos of a desktop without scratches and then get told it was severely damaged in shipping, and also told that you want to recycle my expensive $1000+ PC to steal the components from it, that is all anyone needs to know about you thieves. They sent it back, obviously damaged by a human being, not by shipping damage, including a deep scratch on the tower. The damage they claimed was all a lie and when I challenged them on this they blame FedEx for destroying the tower, because that is all they know how to do, shift blame like the cowards they are. I had to get the police involved to force them to send my desktop back and out of spite they damaged the exterior of the case because they really wanted the components in my i7-13700 gaming desktop for free and used recycling as a reason to steal. I 100% guarantee you this, they will see this review, panic and want trustpilot to delete it as "not a genuine review" because they don't want people to know when they "recycle" your computer they WILL steal all of the components to use in their other computers they have taken from others. This is the summary of this cowardly LLC company of liars. They want you to send them things where they lie about scratches on phone screens, lie about shipping damage, and overall this is what they want. They want you to send them things, at a loss to you, or give to them for free to help them make money. They really don't want to pay anything. Their offers almost always will be downgraded if they find any "flaws" they imagine. Yet like true hypocrites, they will not pay very much for devices they deem in "bad condition", yet they expect you to pay them a lot of of money for their many used devices that are in bad condition. Here is the most condemning thing. They say the desktop was "non functional" and fit only for recycling to steal the components. I get the tower back, put all the "non functional" components into a new case and everything started up to the Windows 11 setup screen. Ran a few tests, and everything was fine for every single component in my "non functional" desktop. You know as well as I do, these trade in companies like itsworthmore are just here to be predatory on people who need money. They want you to send in your electronics so they can fabricate problems due to there being zero accountability. The fact I had to get the police involved at all should tell you many of the 5 star reviews are just them congratulating themselves under falsely verified accounts. Do not trust the majority of the 4 and 5 stars reviews.

GB100% service! This was the easiest thing I have ever done. They contacted me after they received my laptop and told me they were giving me $100.00 more than they originally quoted. The whole process took less than 2 weeks.

GBHassle free Hassle free. Didn’t necessarily appreciate the 2 week hold on Samsung phones, but such is life.

GBThe process was extremely smooth and… The process was extremely smooth and efficient. I was immediately notified when they received my item and informed of the next steps and approximately how long it would take to receive payment. Everything went exactly as described. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future if I had another item to sell.
