Old lady needed help I received my 2 Wii remotes and (old lady here) could not get them to work for me. I contacted the help line and spoke to Ryan. He was very helpful and explained exactly what to do in order to sync my remotes. We spoke several times on the phone ( again, old lady here) and problem solved...YAY!! Great customer service.

Wanted a refurbished WII I was looking to obtain a refurbished wii for the sports resort and other motion games that just focused on one player. I'm thinking since we needed to sync it up before it was usable, that might have been a good instruction to automatically send with the refurbished product. I had become aware of the sync on the board in trying to get my old board working. I wasn't aware of the sync on the console. Thank you. I'm back to the fun workout!
