Excellent Experience - Integrity I made a purchase with this seller and it was never delivered because the package was lost with the shipping company. It was clearly the responsibility of the shipping company. This seller went above and beyond and sent me a replacement at no charge. They did not have to do this at all. I would recommend this seller to anyone. This is what I call integrity.

I ordered a Wii it got damaged in… I ordered a Wii it got damaged in shipping which that happens. I call they sent me a return label kept me up to date on everything and they did everything they said they would do and on time . I’m a believer in Man’s word and what he told me was spot on . I give that a Salute!!

Great service for a replacement Wii Great service even though I got a Wii with DOA disc drive immediately reached out with a return shipping label and Josh said he would personally test the replacement unit. I will defiantly be buying my Wii accessories from them also. Thanks.

5 Stars.... Timely delivery and nicely packaged. I ordered a refurbished WII for our Grandson's birthday. It arrived in a timely manner and all parts were perfect and very clean. However, it is a different model than our existing WII and would not connect with our controllers. Thus, I need to return. I would do business with this Company again.

Old lady needed help I received my 2 Wii remotes and (old lady here) could not get them to work for me. I contacted the help line and spoke to Ryan. He was very helpful and explained exactly what to do in order to sync my remotes. We spoke several times on the phone ( again, old lady here) and problem solved...YAY!! Great customer service.
