Trust me - they're legit! Y'all!! I was so skeptical of this at first but I promise - they are legitimate! The customer service is AMAZING. They practically held my hand through the entire process. I received immediate answers to questions and updates every step of the way. I really cannot recommend Cell4Pets enough. DO NOT THROW OLD DEVICES AWAY! Recycle them using Cell4Pets. It's a win-win!!

A+ Service Aside from their pledge to donate money to a great cause, they paid the most money for my device and had fantastic customer service. From the time I shipped my device to getting my payment on PayPal was about a week (and this was around new iPhones getting released, so probably a high-traffic time for their business). They answered all of my questions, were straightforward, and the entire experience was hassle-free. I’d recommend this company to anyone!

Communicate better It all sounds good until you send in your phone. Apparently there was a small balance on the phone, which I paid immediately then had it unlocked. All good. This was last week, been waiting on the "testing" update, heard nothing. Sent an email, now told they need a break and will get back to me in 4 days. Someone did contact me today after seeing the review to rectify the situation. They have assured me all is fine with the phone and payment will be Monday UPDATE: I did receive payment on Monday for the phone, and they very kindly absorbed/credited the 3% fee for PayPal. Thank you !
