Simple but effective. It works well with my iPhone when I’m learning a new song on my guitar. The left pedal can slow it down to .75 which is a good learning speed for me. It also allows me to reverse the recording so that I can repeatedly go over a segment of a song or forward to advance the recording. Simple but effective. This tool is especially helpful when the first beat of a song starts almost immediately. I can now begin those songs with my hands on the guitar rather than on my iPhone. It also works well with my MacBook Air.

I do a lot of transcribing of guitar… I do a lot of transcribing of guitar solo pieces and there are good programs on the market to slow down a song but the Elmore pedal allows you to SEE how the notes are played at the same time and at reduced speeds. Makes learning much easier! And if that isn't enough the customer service goes above and beyond. Thanks!

Exactly what I was looking for Exactly what I was looking for, the Elmore Pedal! Recently retired, trying to learn guitar, but the tedious back and forth between the instrument and browser was annoying and limiting. The Elmore Pedal truly enabled me to effectively use the browser as a learning tool. Now, the pedal has been updated to be compatible with a wide variety of platforms to contribute even more to its excellent price to value ratio. The customer support has been amazingly prompt, thorough and courteous. I'm confident that I have purchased something that I will use the rest of my life and its development will likely continue to exceed my expectations (and talent).

Elmore Pedal is Great This is a great company, and the product makes my music study so much more fun and productive. Years ago I was a legal secretary, and the pedal reminds me of how you operated the dictaphone machine to transcribe legal documents. Two hands can be busy typing. Same with the Elmore pedal. Two hands busy making music. Actually, music is much more fun than typing briefs and wills, but I do wish I’d thought of the Elmore pedal! Of course, I won’t restrict myself to just music since I’m also studying art, and there are plenty of other things to explore online.
