The customer service is truly the best I have ever encountered using the internet. I appreciated the assistance that took into account my tech skill level and provided me the help I needed, right at the level I was at! A great product from a great company! The pedal you think you don't need until.... The pedal you think you don't need until you use these in your practice sessions. It works on a variety of browser platforms, is wireless and has a great form factor. I use it to learn guitar, piano, oud pieces. It has definitely accelerated learning since you dont waste time taking hands off for controlling the playback.

Elmore Pedal is Great This is a great company, and the product makes my music study so much more fun and productive. Years ago I was a legal secretary, and the pedal reminds me of how you operated the dictaphone machine to transcribe legal documents. Two hands can be busy typing. Same with the Elmore pedal. Two hands busy making music. Actually, music is much more fun than typing briefs and wills, but I do wish I’d thought of the Elmore pedal! Of course, I won’t restrict myself to just music since I’m also studying art, and there are plenty of other things to explore online. If you’re like me and learn from online videos, you should get an Elmore pedal. The company stands behind its product and undoubtedly cares about its customers’ experiences.
