Made my 2nd purchase through them for a galaxy note 10 plus, it came in brand new just not in original packaging as expected for a phone this age, but regardless its still new with a full 1 year manufacturer warranty. Shipping just like my last order was as expected with the method I selected, and their prices are fair to whats out there on the market. I will be glad to make another purchase with them again in the future.
