Everything went well and my samsung note 20 came in an original box and fully working on my Verizon 5G network. Overall it's an excellent place to buy phones from. I didn't get ripped off or got something else, I have personally got bad experience with Amazon and Verizon corporate stores leaching the life out of me. A guy keeps answering, then he connects you to customer service, but that department is closed Friday and Monday. The customer service voice message is, they are busy with other customers, will return you call. Can't create an account, guess it ia a bug in the their website. VERY SHADY Totally scam.

Their communications in terms of invoice, shipping and making sure if I received my order seems very important to them and they don't waste any time!
