Great price. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, phone Did a lot of reseach, on the Galaxy S23 Ultra, mobile phone, including many many websites, comparing prices. Found Miagadget beat their competitors hands down on price. I emailed them to ask if the Samsung Galaxy would work in the U.K, as some reviewers on another well known website said it didn`t. Had a very quick reply, within twenty-four hours to say it would. The phone came very quickly, well within the eight days given for delivery. Very well packaged as well. I must admit, not having heard of this company before, I was very sceptical that it might have been a scam. O.K so the phone number doesn`t work, which is VERY annoying, but to give them their due, emails are very quickly answered. I am very happy about the ordering, delivery and customer service, so will order again from them, when needed

Order #MOR000066778 I ordered my phone on the 5th of March and received it on the 18th of March, not bad at all. After using it for a few days, I realise that the GPS doesn't work properly and keeps dropping for a long period of time say 10-15 seconds and it happens every time I use the phone as a satnav which is everyday! I tried to contact these guys numerous times to arrange for a return/repair but didn't get any response back as yet. Despite all the promises you would get as for cooling off period etc. there is actually no defined mechanism to return your unwanted/defective orders! Now, I am with my new mobile phone which I paid nearly £300 for with embarrassment of not being able to use it for navigation which any £80 smart phone would do!! Update: Being 21st of April, despite all the efforts and evidence I provided to them nothing has happened to date!! One word of advice, don't buy from these guys unless you are extremely lucky and you wouldn't need any after sale customer support! Because, this is literately non-existence with these guys!

I ordered a smartphone from them after… I ordered a smartphone from them after 8 working days the order it's still processing...I text them by email no response ...I try to call them ,the number it's not ringing , no costumer service at all do not exist I understood I have been scammed.. now when I'm reading so many bad reviews I have no doubt ! Do not order from this website you will be scamed and not refunded , probably the positive reviews must be written by them or their group of scammers! It's incredible how many people losted their money and theses guys still there on Internet like a legal company! Update: the phone has arrived after 2 weeks without any notifications!
