Best price and fast delivery I ordered a pair of Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones because Miagadget had the most competitive price anywhere! I pleased the order in the very early hours on Friday 2nd February 2024. The order instructions stated it would take 6-8 days so I prepared patiently for the wait. Lo and behold I was pleasantly surprised with the headphones arriving on Wednesday 7th February. So 3 working days from the order being placed! Thank you very much Miagadget for a positive experience, incredible price, and a wonderful product. Thumbs up and highly recommended.

Genuine Seller I was a little hesitant to order from here as it was so much cheaper than everywhere else, but I thought it worth the risk for the price. My order arrived within the timeframe given (though I didn't get a dispatched notification until I'd already received the parcel) and the item was genuine. I ordered a tablet, and looking at the packaging I would guess it was a Chinese import that was opened and had it's language settings changed to English before getting new security seals on it, but I was able to register it with Samsung without any problems and it's still working perfectly fine a month later.

Order #MOR000066778 I ordered my phone on the 5th of March and received it on the 18th of March, not bad at all. After using it for a few days, I realise that the GPS doesn't work properly and keeps dropping for a long period of time say 10-15 seconds and it happens every time I use the phone as a satnav which is everyday! I tried to contact these guys numerous times to arrange for a return/repair but didn't get any response back as yet. Despite all the promises you would get as for cooling off period etc. there is actually no defined mechanism to return your unwanted/defective orders! Now, I am with my new mobile phone which I paid nearly £300 for with embarrassment of not being able to use it for navigation which any £80 smart phone would do!! Update: Being 21st of April, despite all the efforts and evidence I provided to them nothing has happened to date!! One word of advice, don't buy from these guys unless you are extremely lucky and you wouldn't need any after sale customer support! Because, this is literately non-existence with these guys!

To be very honest To be very honest. I ordered a Nintendo oled switch in zelda wrap. My bank and my mobile flagged this site up as a scam!. I panicked in every way possible. The Nintendo switch came today 5 working days it took to come. Brand new and beautiful. I did have a few issues with my account and not being able to follow the status of order which really worried me the most. It showed I didn't have an account or even placed an order. I had to trust the process. Which is the only reason I gave 4 stars Thank you miagadget. My son is really happy with his switch. I had to replace as his old one broke, and so did his heart that day. You've really made my little one happy.
