GBFrustrated customer takes business elsewhere "Working" with Aaron has been incredibly frustrating. Extremely slow in responding (days, not hours between responses) , and doesn't do what he tells me he is going to do. We've given up on using two way direct. RadioDepot.com has got much better prices, and their customer service is what you would expect, not the lack of that defines our experience with two way direct.

GBWe had issues with our first order We had issues with our first order, and we were worried about the lack of customer service we had received. Thankfully it was escalated to the Sales Manager, John Knoop who took amazing care of us and got our issue resolved quickly. We were a pilot for a new vendor for our school district, and because of the experience, we are referring all of the schools in the district to Two Way Direct.

GBThe biggest issue we have with this… The biggest issue we have with this company is the customer service. They were great before we bought all the equipment. Once we did it was near impossible for them to help us. It was a very disappointing experience and we will not be recommending them to anyone we know that needs radios.
