Thankfully it was escalated to the Sales Manager, John Knoop who took amazing care of us and got our issue resolved quickly. We were a pilot for a new vendor for our school district, and because of the experience, we are referring all of the schools in the district to Two Way Direct.

These guys are your source for your communication needs. 100% For me, it was a pleasure from the time I dialed the number to the moment I hung up. I was given the best customer service by everyone, but specifically shouting out Ari Castellanos in the Service Department. This guys knows his stuff and is patient enough to deliver it in layman terms. It’s scary to make a huge ($$$) purchase and be left in the dark troubleshooting issues with a thick paper manual and huge amounts of misinformation online. Ari listened to my issues, solved my problems, and prepared me for potential scenarios and how to troubleshoot those as well- saving me a future call I’m sure !! Two-Direct has a great team and very competitive pricing. I’m never shopping anywhere else!!

GBDoes not accept the stated ear bud adapters The product does not allow the for ear piece adapters to fit into the adapter port. I don’t know it has have adapters which do not fit this device or if the device does not fit the adapters. I purchased 2 different ear piece adapters and neither fits.

GBAwful Awful, I got sent the wrong part safter waiting 2 weeks and trying to get them to fix the problem is like pulling teeth. Customer service is not very good never even called me back after 2 messages I had to reach out multiple times. ***ITS NOW 9/26 and still have not seen the correct items, Buy them ANYWHERE ELSE ****
