Thankfully it was escalated to the Sales Manager, John Knoop who took amazing care of us and got our issue resolved quickly. We were a pilot for a new vendor for our school district, and because of the experience, we are referring all of the schools in the district to Two Way Direct.

GBI work at an Elementary School and we… I work at an Elementary School and we were having issues finding radios that would reach through out the school with out breaking up or no reception at all. I called Two Way Direct and Christian helped me choose the ones that would work with out all the hassle. We have been using these radios for about a week and they are AMAZING! I strongly recommend this company!!

GBFrustrated customer takes business elsewhere "Working" with Aaron has been incredibly frustrating. Extremely slow in responding (days, not hours between responses) , and doesn't do what he tells me he is going to do. We've given up on using two way direct. RadioDepot.com has got much better prices, and their customer service is what you would expect, not the lack of that defines our experience with two way direct.
