This guys knows his stuff and is patient enough to deliver it in layman terms. It’s scary to make a huge ($$$) purchase and be left in the dark troubleshooting issues with a thick paper manual and huge amounts of misinformation online. Ari listened to my issues, solved my problems, and prepared me for potential scenarios and how to troubleshoot those as well- saving me a future call I’m sure !!
