We ordered the wrong part by mistake… We ordered the wrong part by mistake and needed to return the item. We sent an email and called and spoke to the customer service who had promised that he would send us an email with return instructions but never did. When we called again, there is no answer and no reply to our several emails regarding the return. We were simply ignored. We would not use this company again for any future orders.

In stock and quick delivery! We had a local company come in and diagnose our oven and were told that it needed an ignition module. We were told that it would be 2-6 weeks before they could get one and the part itself would be close to $400. I found the ignition module on a Thursday evening and had it overnighted at half the price. My husband put it in, saving us another $300. Thanks!
