What makes for a good experience? The parts I'm looking for are in stock and ready to ship the day I order them. Can't ask for faster service than that. Also important to me is good packing. My parts arrive without damage because they're boxed and packed properly. Appreciate the low prices & great service from Parts FE!

However, it's unfortunate that the appliance we purchased the part for completely broke down before I received it. I decided to email them regarding the refund process, but received no response. When I called, the line went straight to voicemail.

We ordered the wrong part by mistake… We ordered the wrong part by mistake and needed to return the item. We sent an email and called and spoke to the customer service who had promised that he would send us an email with return instructions but never did. When we called again, there is no answer and no reply to our several emails regarding the return. We were simply ignored. We would not use this company again for any future orders.
