The buying and customizing process was easy, once purchased I got regular updates on when to expect it in. Set up was a breeze. The laptop itself I have zero issues with, it runs Balders Gate with zero slow down or lag, as well as all my other games. I highly recommend CyberPower if you are looking into a new gaming PC.
