GBHappy Upgrade Received this CyberpowerPC Today. It is replacing a 13 year old computer that I built myself. This machine arrived well packaged. It is neat, tidy and a solid build. Not bad to look at either. So far it has exceeded my expectations. The fans are whisper quiet compared to my old system. I'm definitely smiling right now.

GBWhen it works, it's great, but if you have issues... Desktop has defective video card. Things happen. Getting it set up to have it replaced seemed to be smooth, then it all went at a snail's pace and i had trouble getting updates. Almost a month to get the new card shipped and to arrive with what I was told was an expedited, cross RMA. When the new video card arrived, it worked. I sent back the old one, had to follow up about the hold/charge on my cc, but it got worked out with an email. System looks and works as promised now, it just took a month+.

GBGreat price, and amazing product! I walked into Bestbuy ready to buy any pc off the floor that looked cool. As I was about to confirm my selection and associate asked me if he could change my mind. I allowed him to give me another option and honestly that has been one of my best choices! This Desktop is an amazing gaming rig. 10/10 recommend!!
