Good speaker I have a strong affinity for this product. When it comes to the sound quality, opinions may vary from person to person, but personally, I primarily utilize this speaker for music listening or connecting it to a TV, and I experience no discomfort whatsoever. I endorse this speaker and recommend it.

Terrible experience thus far... The item hasn't even arrived yet but i mistakenly purchased a "used" google nest hub max as a Christmas gift. I attempted to cancel the order before the item was shipped and Customer Service politely informed me that I could not cancel because a "shipping label" had been generated They're wasting my time. Shipping it anyways and then I have to request the refund and pay to return the item. The customer service is either a bot or they're required to send scripted responses

Uncertain Expectations - Pleasantly Surprised! Excellent service - had to contact customer service because of a misapplied coupon code. Without voiding the transaction, an agent refunded the difference, and did so immediately. Item arrived very quickly and exactly as described. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Went into this process unsure what to expect, but can say with confidence that I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from A4C again.
