GBTerrible experience thus far... The item hasn't even arrived yet but i mistakenly purchased a "used" google nest hub max as a Christmas gift. I attempted to cancel the order before the item was shipped and Customer Service politely informed me that I could not cancel because a "shipping label" had been generated They're wasting my time. Shipping it anyways and then I have to request the refund and pay to return the item. The customer service is either a bot or they're required to send scripted responses

GBUncertain Expectations - Pleasantly Surprised! Excellent service - had to contact customer service because of a misapplied coupon code. Without voiding the transaction, an agent refunded the difference, and did so immediately. Item arrived very quickly and exactly as described. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Went into this process unsure what to expect, but can say with confidence that I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from A4C again.

GBSamsung 3 and 4 I order a Samsung watch 3 which I was unable to connect to cellular service. The watch itself was in great shape but just wouldn’t connect. I called and explained my situation. They immediately issued me a return and I decided to try the Samsung 4 watch. It is perfect! It was in great shape (no scratches or marks), battery lasts 36 hours or so and I am extremely happy with my purchase. As a side note, my husband loved the watch 3 so much we decided to keep both!
