GBGood service Hi, I appreciate the prompt response and my previous problem has been resolved. However, I wonder if it's normal the machine keeps the humidity around 30 degree mostly but my goal is 50 while I set the AUTO model in a 250 sqft bedroom.

GBTerrible Quality Control I ordered the black LW25 Comfort plus, it arrived quickly but when I opened it and tried it for the first time it leaked from the bottom. Support seemed to know of the issue and the only good experience I've had so far with this company was how quickly the lady helped me on the phone. So I finally get my replacement and it's the wrong color(white) and wrong model(regular LW25). Still currently waiting for my 2nd replacement, at least I got my refund after 20 days...

GBKeeping my Venta in great shape… I needed cleaner and lubrication liquid and it was easy to order on the site. I even received a discount. I have previously ordered from a big box store and they took longer to deliver and they did not discount the product.

GBLW25+ Deficiency I purchased the LW25+ in December. I experience the low water fault routinely when in fact there is still plenty of water in the tank. Customer service has been very helpful in regard to cleaning the metal straps on each side of the tank. This has to be done on a regular basis and is really quite a nuisance. If I had been aware of this I may have considered the standard model or another manufacturer. Obviously the company is aware of this issue and has generated a procedure to address what I would consider to be a design problem that nevertheless leaves the end user with a labor intensive remedy.
