GBNo option to cancel subscriptions No option to cancel subscriptions. You are supposed to email them and ask them to cancel it for you. Which I did, I received a response from their "support" telling me they canceled my subscription along with a paragraph talking about how they don't let you cancel yourself because security or whatever. Still getting charged.

I called the Sportys warehouse in Ohio and spoke with a representative there to see if I could add the adapter to the shipment. She was more than helpful and assured me she would personally take care of that since it had only been a few minutes since I had placed my order. I forgot her name, but she was awesome!!
