GBCompany doesn't provide product support! I bought a Sporty's SP400 handheld radio for my airplane in 2019. Yesterday, I attempted to buy an adapter cable to run the radio from my plane's12V electrical system. I couldn't find one on the Sporty's website. So I called them and was told that they no longer sell the adapter cable and that no replacement is available. This is horrible! The company should continue to provide support for its products. They still sell the PP400. However, they don't provide support for it. I will never buy anything from Sporty's again!!!!

GBGo to store for aviation equipment Knowing that if I’m not satisfied with a product, I can return it within 30 days, is the big reason I come to Sporty’s for pilot gear. The prices are evenly matched with competitors and it’s good to support a company that supports pilots.

GBGreat selection with very honest… Great selection with very honest prices. I would much rather give my money to Sporty's than Amazon. The costumer service is also amazing, I mistakenly input the wrong card number and was promptly called the next day. The situation was immediately corrected and the item shipped.

GBPurchased a PJ2 radio and a David Clark… Purchased a PJ2 radio and a David Clark 13.4 headset, both came to Alaska super fast with their 2 day shipping. Quality of the radio feels like a 1,000 dollar handheld great rugged quality. headset is comfortable and fantastic quality. Will buy from again!
