In the end, the battery didn’t work properly on my laptop. Got a full refund (including postage) very quickly. Honest company. Trustworthy.

Good service, but... Good service, quick delivery. But disappointingly, the new battery I bought had only 80% of its capacity left. I had to put it in my laptop anyway, but I'd have thought a new battery could do a bit better than 80%. I've cycled it several times now, and it's still reporting only 80% of its capacity.

I was looking for a replacement battery for an old laptop. I was looking for a replacement battery for my mother's (aged 94) laptop. She'd managed to knock the power switch off before her Sunday bridge games and the laptop died mid game. A short diagnosis of the fault and a search when I returned home brought up several potential suppliers. Battdepot had both the smaller and the larger capacity, easily identifiable, at the right price. The replacement arrived in a couple of days and was fitted soon after that. Problem solved. p.s. I've just received her shopping list for the weekend via email and I've no doubt I'll be called on to help print off pictures of her great grandson when I drop the shopping off.
