Trusted brand with choices Seems like a trusted brand as I don't believe I've had to return one yet so will continue to purchase their batteries. The choice of higher capacities and extended warranties provide my customers with a good choice.

Good service, but... Good service, quick delivery. But disappointingly, the new battery I bought had only 80% of its capacity left. I had to put it in my laptop anyway, but I'd have thought a new battery could do a bit better than 80%. I've cycled it several times now, and it's still reporting only 80% of its capacity.

Now my laptop works properly! My laptop was gettng to the stage it only worked reliably if plugged in, went to the Battdepot website, easily found the right battery and it was delivered in a few days. It works great - like having a new laptop but cost less than £40.
