GBPurchase of a Battery Pack for an old HP Pavilion Laptop I have a HP Pavilion laptop I bought in 2014. I was considering upgrading, but I decided instead to try to find somewhere that still sold a Li-ion Laptop Battery Pack for the old machine and possibly upgrade the Operating System so I'd need a largish Flash Drive to back up the original OS. I contacted HP suppliers in the UK to try to get the Battery Pack with no luck. However, one of them suggested battdepot.com. I put in Battery Pack for HP Pavilion 15-p189na in battdepot.com Search and it showed me Battery Packs with either a one or two year warranty. I ordered the one with a one-year warranty and also a SanDisk Cruzer Glide USB 3.0 Flash Drive 32GB. They both arrived sooner than promised before Christmas and I am writing this review on the same Laptop which now contains the BattDepot Battery Pack. My experience with this company has been first rate.

GBNo Access to Customer Service or Tech Support I bought a battery for my old Sony Vaio laptop here on April 2nd because they advertise a 1 year warranty. They sent a shipment notice the next day. When it came it fit the laptop fine but the computer would not recognize the battery or charge it. When I pull out the power cord/charger cable the computer dies instantly. Tried to call customer support... no one there. Tried the "live".... no one there. At their suggestion I left an email that they say will be answered in 1 business day. No response Tried again a couple of days later and same thing. Doesn't seem like the warranty is worth much if they just ingnore customers with issues.

GBGreat service - I ordered a new battery for my Laptop I ordered a new battery for my Laptop. Good service, delivery and packaged well. Instructions clear for use. Initial order I got wrong - sent back and refunded straight away, called to check the correct info and email and comms. all good customer service. Recommend and will use again.

GBGood service, but... Good service, quick delivery. But disappointingly, the new battery I bought had only 80% of its capacity left. I had to put it in my laptop anyway, but I'd have thought a new battery could do a bit better than 80%. I've cycled it several times now, and it's still reporting only 80% of its capacity.

GBEvery employee procrastinates for urgent return Acceptable service. I ordered a replacement battery for my large MacBook Pro which ended up being too small for it. I returned the battery as normal by shipping it to its return address, but never got contacted for a refund until a month later which is kind of annoying. Buyer beware.
