Excellent customer service!!! I have spoke with Brian with customer service through this whole process and I am so excited and grateful. I needed customer service because I wanted to upgrade my shipping. From ordering to shipping I'm so happy.

Product bait and switch. Do not buy from these folks. Ordered product listed as "Apple Smart Folio for iPad Air 10.9-inch (5th and 4th Generation)" and received "ProCase iPad Air 5th Generation Case 2022 / iPad Air 4th 2020" listed on Amazon for $12.99 Feb 22 update... Customer service resolved the problem by refunding my purchase price and providing a return shipping label. While Satisfied with the resolution, I am disappointed that they did not have or deliver the product I ordered from their site, wasting my time.

100% happy customer! Even though one app was not at all by any means accurate on my order, customer service was great and amazing! When I started having concerns about my order, they were very responsive and basically immediate! Phone is certified refurbished and in pristine condition! No scratches, cracks or proof it was ever previously used. Thank you all so much!
