Good service/ good product/ good customer service I received a like new computer (2017) that is very clean and responding well to set up. There was some kind of glitch in my order and one of their reps called me and it took me a long time and several calls back to get it straightened out (I think it was my error in the first place) and the rep was so patient, kind, helpful and relaxed. It made what could have been an anxious experience into a very good experience.

I really appreciate the Katapult leasing option. what I DIDNT like is the flurry of emails and text messages telling me "We want to upgrade you at no extra cost!" and "ACTION NEEDED! " I find this extremely invasive and will most likely avoid ordering from here in the future
