Nobody answers the published phone number but they do respond to emails. One of the 4 batteries I ordered was defective (7.3V, not 12V) and they quickly sent a replacement and paid for the return costs. Very happy with the battery backups for my Liftmaster garage door opener overall. Literally plugged them in and mounted the pack back on the wall. Posted video on their website was all I needed to understand what to do to replace old batteries.

Replacement Batts Good Experience Did online search for replacement batts for my Liftmaster battery backup unit (Model 475LM). Found YouTube by Raion Group showing how to replace the batts alongside their advertisement. Liked the video and larger voltage of Raion batts. Ordered from Raion website with no complications, liked I could pay with Amazon pay, fair price, batts arrived by UPS within 2 or 3 days. Batts fit my unit perfectly, just as described in Raion video. Hope the batts last.

About 33% less than the next lowest price out there. Cyberpower charges $104 for the replacement batteries; Raion Group just $30. The ordering process was smooth.
