I wanted to request a return to… I wanted to request a return to exchange for correct battery, this way they pay shipping both ways. The return number has no answer. Communication via email is slow!! You have to pay for a return if you don't exchange. There is no one on staff to help with getting the correct battery, so I'm stuck with a battery I can't use.

Overall 5 star experience! Fast ordering process; excellent range of products and availability with unbelievably good and reasonable prices. Fast delivery with standard shipping and product works as advertised. Wish I’d known about this company past few years since I overpaid for Batteries for UPS several times via Amazon. Would definitely use again for office needs!

What's not to love... I was so impressed with the pricing on batteries for my parmac 12v solar hot wire. I stumbled onto Raion Group website looking for abetter price than Parmac and was so surprised. The batteries arrived in 3 days and work perfectly. Great product, great prices and fast shipping equal a company I will purchase from again.

Inadequate Packaging Packaging for shipment was grossly inadequate and customer service, while polite, was unwilling or unable to resolve the issue of damaged goods to my satisfaction. Return policy was overly restrictive and led me to return items and shop elsewhere. To clarify... I ordered 3 set of batteries: The first package was missing a battery (which was readily sent to me... off to a good start!). The second package was fine. The third package did not survive shipping, and had been "reassembled" by USPS. The shorted terminals happened in transit, long before I even even thought about installing them. I noticed it when I went to prep everything to do the work. We had an extensive thread of emails about this and where never able to come to a satisfactory conclusion.

Best Deal & Fast Shipping The battery I ordered was cheaper here than anywhere else, including with shipping. It arrived sooner than expected and is a perfect fit in my UPS. I've had it going for a few days now with no issues. I will likely purchase more from this seller in the future.
