Three days later call to return it without even opening or installing the unit, package was as original and they didn't want to receive it back. Only if they charge a 25% restocking fee. Very convenient for them. I also try to change it for the unit that i really needed and pay for the difference but then they were 1000 dollars over the price of the unit in different competitors.

GBBad Business Practice I was sent 2 Vetus Macerator Motor that was not put together properly. I returned the 2 Motors that I paid for and received another Motor for replacement. I was told that I would receive a refund on one of the motors and did not. Now I cannot get the Salesperson to answer talk to me. Bottom line I paid for two working motors and only received one working motor. I feel that they should have refunded for the first motor.
