Bought a refrigerator unit Bought a refrigerator unit. Three days later call to return it without even opening or installing the unit, package was as original and they didn't want to receive it back. Only if they charge a 25% restocking fee. Very convenient for them. I also try to change it for the unit that i really needed and pay for the difference but then they were 1000 dollars over the price of the unit in different competitors.

The warehouse was closed by the time we confirmed the parts, but she emailed me the next morning to confirm that you had them in stock. I place the order and they arrived quickly! I felt like she went above and beyond to help me and I totally appreciated her efforts.
