4 stars for Air Filter Factory, 0 stars for USPS The parts I needed were available and shipped by Air Filter Factory. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to delays by USPS. The package sat in Ohio for 3+ business days before being sent on. Still have not received the parts in California 10 days after we were notified that they were shipped.

The first part delivered was defective The first part delivered was defective. Called for help and without any trouble at all a new one was sent out directly. Love not having to jump through hoops with an automated voice prompt system. Immediate response and resolve to the problem. Kudos to you!

Excellent part and customer service I purchased a new igniter for a gas oven. This was the first time I had replaced or purchased an internal part for my gas range. The part was easy to identify and install. I had called the customer service line just to double check I had a good understanding of the installation for the replacement igniter. The representative was very knowledgeable and kind.
