Wrong part, no response to email I bought two lightbulbs listed on the invoice as W10565137 which is a 3.8W bulb. What arrived were W113338583 which is a 5W bulb. I've sent an email To Repair Parts Inc / Air Filter Factory about the problem and had no response other than this request for a review. (If I could give 0 stars or negative stars, I would. That will change if I get a response to my email. I hope I do.)

I didn’t open the box and sent it back to your company yesterday. Then I could not get the right company to talk to about the situation. I will not order from you again.

I received a quick response assuring me I had the correct part. I was able to easily replace the motor and my refrigerator runs like new. Thank you for an easy order and quick correspondence.

Reasonable price quick to ship This site gave me most confidence in my replacement element working with oven. Other websites weren’t easy to match up. Great job. Arrived quickly, ordered Tuesday night and had received it by Saturday. Price was very reasonable, especially compared to GE site. Only negative is that the shipping tracking information was not updated. So never knew when it was to arrive. Product does work good though.
