GBMy RS 800i safe would not go online via… My RS 800i safe would not go online via Wi-Fi after a power outage. Emailed customer support and followed Grace’s detailed instruction on how to reset my safe to factory setting with a soft reset, and then a factory reset and it work. Outstanding support on all their safes. I own 2 safes and would highly recommend Vaulttek.

GBGreat safes, even better customer service Great safes, even better customer service! One of my gun safes had an issue but was out of warranty. Although I was out of warranty, Vaultek immediately shipped me a refurbished safe at no charge to me. That's the kind of customer service that is rare to see these days. Vaultek has a customer for life!

GBRS800i Purchased the RS800i a few months ago and it’s been a great. The features work as advertised. The Biometric scanner and the app notifications are my favorite features and work well. Both were big selling points for me. I love that I’ll be notified if the safe is being tampered with or opened. So I’m happy to report (especially with the cost of this safe) that all the features work great. Even the battery life is better than I expected. I only have a few gripes. None with the safe itself or its operation, but the value. The safe doesn’t have a handle, which they do offer as an accessory ($30). However, it hasn’t been stocked for months. The accessories that come with the safe are good quality and work well, but they likely won’t give you what you need. So you will need to spend the $30-$40 on each accessory (not including shipping) on what you need. Lastly, I’m very happy with the safe, and ultimately it’s exactly what I paid for and would recommend it if you have the budget. And it’s just downright cool.

GBProduct switch - pod/bag combo I bought the Lifepod 2.0 and had it in my cart when I received the offer to add the sling bag. I didn't realize in doing so, it swapped the model safe. I had selected the biometric model and it switched to only keyed entry. I didn't realize until I received and was disappointed to receive the lesser model due to a maketing promotion.
