Trading one level of security for another The fingerprint scanner, materials, and design features are great. The one MAJOR Drawback is the ancient WiFi technology. You have to lessen your WiFi networks security to get WiFi alerts with X-finity. One shouldn't have to sacrifice one level of security for another when buying an expensive, otherwise high quality safe. Every other aspect of this safe is phenomenal.

Emailed customer support and followed Grace’s detailed instruction on how to reset my safe to factory setting with a soft reset, and then a factory reset and it work.
