Every time I have made a purchase it has been smooth, uneventful, and I’ve been very satisfied with my purchase. The one time when I wasn’t entirely satisfied (customer error, I didn’t know what “relic guitar” meant and I got myself one), the return was super easy. Once I realized my mistake, I called the store, I explained my situation, and within 5 minutes they had issued my RMA. I strongly recommend this store. I look forward to do business with them in the future again.

GBExcellent First Purchase Experience Customer service was superior. The Loar mandolin I purchased arrived with an excellent setup. I didn't have to do a thing. Shipping was speedy and right in between Christmas and New Years to boot. I haven't had any previous experience with Music Store Live, but their level of service far exceeded what I'm used to with the big online retailers.

GBGreat place to deal with. As in the past, MSL has been able to put the guitar I want in my hands within my budget. However, there is still no history of previous purchases that I've made showing up in my acct, also I have never received a guitar within two days, usually at least a week.
