Great customer serviceIf all customers services was like this, it be a better world! Great customer service! I contacted the company regarding one of my trackers cutting off for no reason. A few emails later a new tracker was being sent to me. Later that day the one That wasn’t working, started working. I emailed customer service, told them it was working and a return label was sent. When the new one arrived, simply returned it!

Easy fast and efficient … The most impressive was the prompt service that I got emails were responded to quickly and efficiently and because of my putting the wrong last four of one of my cards I had to call in and that service on my phone call with Brian was quick easy and I really appreciate that you normally don’t get this type of service when you buy programs like this. I would love to just add that Optimus is a great tracker. It has had me at ease with my dad driving at 80 years old and knowing where he’s at at all times thank you.
