Easy fast and efficient … The most impressive was the prompt service that I got emails were responded to quickly and efficiently and because of my putting the wrong last four of one of my cards I had to call in and that service on my phone call with Brian was quick easy and I really appreciate that you normally don’t get this type of service when you buy programs like this. I would love to just add that Optimus is a great tracker. It has had me at ease with my dad driving at 80 years old and knowing where he’s at at all times thank you.

this is very good if you have family… this is very good if you have family car got a flat tire and broke down and had no cell phone signal did not work i found my family thru --- gps at went and got them on side road in the dark thanks
