GBImmediate Easy Assistance Ryan spoke fluent English. So grateful. He explained the problem to me and realized the unit was not repairable. Is resending another unit free of charge even though the issue *may* have been my fault. This exchange could not have gone more smoothly and Optimus is restoring my faith in how businesses handle customer service. I wish all business models everywhere would follow this lead.

GBExceptional customer service I called in to cancel my subscription until my son returns from active duty and though I was just charged another month, I was told it would be refunded in 2 to 3 days and that I can call in anytime to renew. So far, I'm very pleased with the service.

GBEasy fast and efficient … The most impressive was the prompt service that I got emails were responded to quickly and efficiently and because of my putting the wrong last four of one of my cards I had to call in and that service on my phone call with Brian was quick easy and I really appreciate that you normally don’t get this type of service when you buy programs like this. I would love to just add that Optimus is a great tracker. It has had me at ease with my dad driving at 80 years old and knowing where he’s at at all times thank you.
