GBGreat customer serviceIf all customers services was like this, it be a better world! Great customer service! I contacted the company regarding one of my trackers cutting off for no reason. A few emails later a new tracker was being sent to me. Later that day the one That wasn’t working, started working. I emailed customer service, told them it was working and a return label was sent. When the new one arrived, simply returned it!

GBExceptional customer service I called in to cancel my subscription until my son returns from active duty and though I was just charged another month, I was told it would be refunded in 2 to 3 days and that I can call in anytime to renew. So far, I'm very pleased with the service.
