I ordered a ankle brace for my son and… I ordered a ankle brace for my son and paid extra for quick delivery. The shipping email came with a incorrect tracking number so i couldn’t track the package. I called for 3 days straight leaving messages and not one was returned. I still do not have my brace. I don’t recommend because the customer service is less than poor.

I am giving 3 stars for reasonable… I am giving 3 stars for reasonable prices and free shipping, but would give 2 stars otherwise. Ten days ago I ordered something I will need for surgery I’m having tomorrow. The item description said, “usually ships in 1 to 2 business days.” I ordered it on the 6th and they didn’t ship until the 15th of the month, which was 6 business days. Disappointed that the business advertised quick shipping, but did not follow through on that.

Mother of Athlete I purchased this ankle support for my daughter who was prescribed one last volleyball season after sustaining an ankle injury. She feels the brace gives her the support she needs when landing. My only complaint would be towards the physicians who charged our insurance $500 for the exact ankle (except with their clinics name stitched on strap). I was able to purchase an ankle support for her other ankle direct from your company for $150. The physicians should be ashamed. And your company should not allow such a high mark up on your product. Love the product.....just not the means we were introduced to it

Poor customer service, communication and website design. The order that made on 10/05/18 and was supposed to arrive within 24 hours has not come as of today, 10/20/18. Only when(!) I emailed and called on 10/10/18, I was told that it "seemed like it was on the back order". Very poor communication. THe website doesn't allow to search by the order number. There is no way to find out the status of the order if you didn't create an account. Very inconvenient.

The item I ordered was paid but never shipped… The item I ordered was not even shipped after 48 hrs, so I canceled the order. It simply disappeared from my account, but no money was returned. Customer service was not reachable. They are fraud. Don't buy from them
