RUSince I've had issues with the Fuel &… Since I've had issues with the Fuel & brake system the manual was the only alternative to try and fix my Cagiva Super City 125 during COVID-19. The manual delivered everything I needed step by step. I made remarkable changes using the manual provided. Very good manual and a helpful experienced online staff that got me going in the right direction, awesome team.

GBI ordered a ankle brace for my son and… I ordered a ankle brace for my son and paid extra for quick delivery. The shipping email came with a incorrect tracking number so i couldn’t track the package. I called for 3 days straight leaving messages and not one was returned. I still do not have my brace. I don’t recommend because the customer service is less than poor.

GBSeller`s hidden restocking fees. I do not recommend buying from this seller. They charge hidden restocking fees in spite of their "free" return policy. Poor business. Update 12/21/18. Thank you for reply. I am talking about order #13660. 9/21/18- $77.42. However return was issued for $65.81 (10/18/18). For second order returned #13770 09/28/18-$88.30 I did not receive ANY refund. At the end I lost $88.30+$11.61=$99.91 buying from this merchant.

GBTerrible Customer Service and Response Time This company has terrible customer service and i no longer recommend them! The second order I received from them is defective and I need to have it replaced. I've placed numerous phone calls to the customer service number and sent emails. No response for days. I finally got an email back 5 days ago stating that they can do the exchange but no instructions on how to proceed and no response in another 5 days! Unprofessional!
