Short videos kept me going and the way everything was explained is incredible. I liked the way how boring topics like regulations and visibility numbers were categorized, really helped me memorize them. I can't believe I remember the VFR visibility rules for all airspace categories now :) Good work there designing these courses the way they are!

If you struggle with ground... If you find ground study boring, then FLY8MA is what you need. The study courses are engaging and informative. Fly8MA was exactly what I needed to supplement the training I was receiving at my flight school and they covered everything that was missed/not expanded upon enough. Passed my exam on 1st try! I'm working toward getting my PPL. After watching all of the free Private Pilot Ground School videos @ FLY8MA.com, I decided to sign up for the Silver Subscription and take the Boot Camp to prepare for the written exam. After completing the Boot Camp, I scheduled my exam for the next availability. And as of about an hour ago today, I just passed the exam with an 87! The info that Jon shares at FLY8MA is spot on; I would definitely recommend!
