The online course is laid out very clearly with lots of videos. When I had questions I got a prompt response and scored a 97% on my FAA written test. Thank you FLY8MA Team!

Passed my exam on 1st try! I'm working toward getting my PPL. After watching all of the free Private Pilot Ground School videos @ FLY8MA.com, I decided to sign up for the Silver Subscription and take the Boot Camp to prepare for the written exam. After completing the Boot Camp, I scheduled my exam for the next availability. And as of about an hour ago today, I just passed the exam with an 87! The info that Jon shares at FLY8MA is spot on; I would definitely recommend!

Efficient. Understand, don't cram. Quickly, and in great detail, prepared me for the FAA written. In some of the courses the speed of going over the math sometimes made it appear as if numbers were pulled out of nowhere and perhaps the organization of said math on the screen was erratically placed so it didn't flow naturally, but it all got the job done. Some videos sound would cut out between words, but you could piece it together to get the meaning.

I do believe the course presented holds… I do believe the course presented holds valuable information for most people, but I do not believe their is great care taken for newbies. There is a lot of jargon that is used, which stunts the learning process. There are also several modules that are not recorded well, so it is hard to understand the instruction that is being taught when recorded via an aircraft. The quizzes had issues of their own, as they do not show you what wrong answers was given, not allowing room to learn from said quizzes. I do believe this course is suited for some and there is no doubt that it is a comprehensive course, but make sure you try to watch some of Jon and Fly8ma’s content on YouTube before purchasing. This is to make sure their style of teaching matches your style of learning. I did not feel like the course was suited for me so i decided to reach out to request a refund. I spoke with Jon regarding my situation with the course and he informed me that he could not process a refund because I had the course for about 5 weeks at the point of talking to him. I could understand his position, but I explain to him that I preemptively bought the course assuming it would be great based on the reviews I’ve seen. I did not have time to delve deeper into the course until around the time I requested the refund as I did not find it user friendly for myself. I truly wish there was a trial that I could have tested to make sure the course would work for me, but nonetheless, there wasn’t.

I truly couldn't be happier with the… I truly couldn't be happier with the service provided from FLY8MA.com. They have been exceptionally quick to respond to any and all correspondence and questions I've had. The online Private Pilot Ground School (FREE!!) as well as the paid membership Boot Camp have prepared me for my Written to a point where I am confident I will succeed. (Test's tomorrow). I will surely continue using their service for future classes and endorsements! (Passed 93%)
