Highly recommended Excellent level and quality of content. Obviously nothing beats live flight training but this is the next best thing. I am currently studying aerospace engineering and I am learning a lot from FLY8MAs tutorials and best of all, it's free! Highly recommended.

Thorough, detailed and easy to follow. The course content is excellent and easy to navigate. The private pilot ground school format, with supporting videos and quizzes, make the learning simple and the Written Test prep is straight forward and logical. Make no mistake, you still have to put the hours in because this is knowledge your actually need to be a competent pilot, but if you have the work ethic Fly8MA will get your ready for your tests.

Great for a Rusty Pilot I'm a Rusty Pilot. Ex-Navy guy who is getting into GA after 20 out of the cockpit. FLY8MA's lessons were easy to digest and even reminded me of some of the things that are still applicable (note: it isn't NDBs). The lessons were a fantastic add to AOPA's Rusty Pilot course, FAA Wings programs and my FAR/AIM review. Easily passed my BFR and IPC. Highly recommended.

Flight training is going slow Flight training is going slow, because, when I am working I don't have the time and when I'm not working I don't have the money... Unless I can find an affordable place to stay while I'm off work I'm going have to wait until I can make enough money for flight training and afford the cost of living at the same time... I'm not a rich man but I do have a good job with good pay and benefits so I can save enough money eventually to do it.. I just hope I can do it before I get to old as I'm 64 now...BTW, thanks for putting your online class for free, even though I have not gotten very far in my quest of flying your site has helped me to get educated, so thank you very much...
