Difference Maker Dave! Dave is easily one of the best teachers I have ever had. His passion comes through in each class. The amount of knowledge he possesses in the RE industry is amazing. Not only was he a phenomenal teacher, but he is such a great resource to have whether you are looking to become a broker, or taking the class to represent yourself for investment properties. I dont recommend going anywhere else except to Dave if you're serious about getting your broker's license. 15/10

Making Career Path Plan B possible The at home study allowed me the opportunity to work at my own pace while managing a busy lifestyle. The quiz formats were great and gave me confidence while understanding what I got wrong. The book is very well written and has chapter quizzes that help emphasize important points. Being able to use the online website easily also helps for quick review. I learned a lot and would recommend!
