Excellent instructor! If you're looking for a real estate instructor who is knowledgeable, pleasant, and teaches in a way you will remember what's important for the exam; then this is the place to go. Thanks to our instructor Dave, I passed my state & national exams first try. You can tell he actually loves what he does and cares to make sure you have everything you need, to succeed.

Honest review Although I did not pass the national test, Mr Dave McGowan is a teacher who with true life experiences explains many different scenarios that involve real estate. Those were the helpful examples. I needed more time, the accelerated class was going too quickly for me.

I passed the State exam on the first… I passed the State exam on the first attempt after taking the course Nov 1- Nov 28 2023. What I liked about Brother Dave was how he taught in “ parables”. During the test I kept hearing his voice. When students had questions he would always direct answers to vital information that he knew we would be on the test . The 3 pretests in the back of the book catapulted me into the Victory. Grateful to Brother Dave and Inland as I embark upon this most lucrative career!

Passed state and national exam on the… Passed state and national exam on the first try, “piece of cake.” Dave does a great job of explaining the material. State and national exams are easier than the classroom final in my opinion. Which means that Dave does a great job of covering the material and preparing you for the state and national exams. Class is a little intense at times but definitely worth the money.
