GBI would have given it a 5 star but… I would have given it a 5 star but there are minor things in the beginning that weren't successfully delivered. The guidebook that was promised to be mailed was never mailed and when I sent a text message, the reply said it would be available at the door. But no one knew what I was talking about even though I showed the text message.

GBGenuine and up front Genuine and up front, knowledgeable and helpful. A lot of information but nothing worth something is easy. You can't succeed with putting in the work.

GBVery ambiguous and novelist Very ambiguous and novelist sessions. All three days sounded like a long infomercial trying to ONLY sell for $39,000. Nothing seemed legit. Guys were playing a choreographed foot ball with attendees all three days. Did not show real properties that are actually part of up for grabs or real road map if someone to pay the $39000 - nothing in it for the intelligent people on the room especially for the ones serious (not hoping for a miracle ). It was selling snake oil three days total waste of my valuable time.
