Very ambiguous and novelist Very ambiguous and novelist sessions. All three days sounded like a long infomercial trying to ONLY sell for $39,000. Nothing seemed legit. Guys were playing a choreographed foot ball with attendees all three days. Did not show real properties that are actually part of up for grabs or real road map if someone to pay the $39000 - nothing in it for the intelligent people on the room especially for the ones serious (not hoping for a miracle ). It was selling snake oil three days total waste of my valuable time.

From the gems dropped in the initial 3-day course, to the family environment and loads of mentors and support I knew I had found my tribe. I have no doubts, no regrets...I know I will attain all of the goals I set for myself with the teachings of MFM.

Not only did I pay $1500 for this event to learn how to better multi family invest and “meet sponsors that would invest in properties with me” but they will request just a quick payment of 40 THOUSAND DOLLARS before they do that. Oh and this Tyler guy that owns the company.. you never see him, he doesn’t talk once. I guess once you pay this 40k you can meet him. I came here to be connected with people that are doing these deals and to bring deals to them and learn how to raise capital. They have stated they will not partner with me unless I do the “elite mentorship class” and pay the 40k. My strategist Jacob was awesome. Jim is a great speaker and recruiter, but this whole concept is busted. I thought this was a group of investors trying to find more people to partner with, but it is a business funded by people paying 40k a spot to be in a Facebook group chat.
