Plus i can learn at my own pace. My mentor/ coach is super helpful. He doesn’t make me feel awkward. We seem to communicate well.

Flip Secrets has been a game changer… Flip Secrets has been a game changer for me. Having done a few flips in the past, I have a basic understanding of how the process of flipping properties works but this program has taken me to a different level. I am lucky to have Sam Jones as my mentor and she is absolutely amazing. She provides great advice and insight with proven knowledge and experience.

The best money I’ve spent The video are very easy to follow, Jake is a great teacher/mentor. You have to take notes because the knowledge he’s drop is endless. My interaction with my accountability coach is priceless. Sam is the best, always encouraging you to do your best, making sure you understand and your getting the most out of the material. I’ve wasted money on other mentorship, so I was a little apprehensive but once I started the lessons, I knew i made the right decision. I would recommend this mentorship to anyone that wants to get into real estate, whether you’re a wholesaler or fix and flip. This program will definitely make you better. Awesome Family!!! Way beyond a training group. Awesome Family!!! I was told by a few friends I know that I did not need to join a group. The info is out there already. I was praying for a direction to still achieve my goals for my family and my self. I hoping for a great training that would help skip me ahead of the learning curve. What I was Blessed with, was the system I was hoping for, along with an Awesome Family. I have not found or seen any negativity towards anyone in the calls or chats. But a group of individual itching to help or just share stories good or bad. Let us get to the Flipping Good Times. Follow the training and you will have deals starting in the first few weeks!!!

We feel that the coaching calls were… We feel that the coaching calls were great, the discord is awesome and the overall course is amazing. That being said nothing against coaches or the program, we feel that the calls would have a much bigger impact if they started after the students got to the homework with the OPM section.
